Sales Administrator – FMCG – R 12 000 – R 15000

  • Design a customer management list of all clients and an organized filing system.
  • Open and Update new customer databases and maintaining records.
  • Submit Credit applications to debt source for approval by Financial director.
  • Manage and update Customer folder on server.
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Manage main company email.
  • Manage all customer queries.
  • Update Skynamo/Omni customers.
  • Update and Maintain Pricelists.
  • Capture and Maintain pricing on Omni/Skynamo
  • Update and Check contracts.
  • Secretary for Key accounts officers

o Manage Diaries.
o Manage travel bookings.
o Prepare customer samples.
o Complete article take on forms.
o File and scan customer contact reports.
o Draft all letters.

  • Draft Minutes at Sales meeting Monthly.
  • Update Skynamo Rep Schedules.
  • Manage all Rep queries.
  • Manage and Update order forms.
  • Manage, Update and communicate Promotion Grid.
  • Manage factory shop/staff.
  • Adhoc Claims process and manage Budget.
  • Capture and Authorize Free Stock on Omni.

Key Critical Skills Required

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Spelling and grammar.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot, lookup functions and formulas)
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
