Job Descriptions
- Representing Ops/Treasury as a member of the working group for bank-wide projects such as RMCP (FICA), POPIA, etc.

Ensuring that relevant staff are kept informed regarding the above projects
*
Assist with Audit reviews and follow-up/action any queries/findings
*
Reviewing processes and controls in line with legislation
*
Identifying Risks and updating Risk register
*
Drafting Policies & Procedures including Workflows/Process flows
*
Creating and amending documentation such as onboarding forms
*
Reviewing and updating agreements and T&Cs in line with legislation
*
Proposing system enhancements to make processes more efficient and following up/tracking, such as automation of risk acceptance tab/IFTR scoring
*
Being involved in UAT on OCS/OMM/Transaction Monitoring systems as required
*
Providing support to Operations Manager, Head of Treasury as required
*
Secretary for OPSCO Meetings
*
Drafting Agenda and Meeting Minutes
*
Keeping record of Outstanding Action Items arising from Meetings
*
Collating and sending out OPSCO Meeting Pack
*
Drafting a quarterly report for RCMC
*
Updating Treasury Operations Shared Drive regularly with updated letterheads, forms, training material, policies, procedures, communications, other relevant documents
*
Updating Account Opening Forms, Declaration Forms
*
Assisting with remediation and implementation of audit findings (Internal and External)
*
Liaising with Net1 TCF call center on various client requests
*
Assisting with the following
*
Capture/Approval of Client & Account Maintenance
*
Review Audit confirmations
*
Client Queries
*
Confirmation of SARS balances – 3rd party appointment process
*
Section 205 Queries (Collation of documentation)
Attention to detail
Creativity
Problem solving
Experience in flowcharts/ diagram, preferably Lucidcharts
Good verbal and written communication skills – Ability to document processes and procedures
Able to compile training material and conduct training
A good knowledge of Compliance & Risk regulations including AML/CTF/POPIA
Secretarial skills
