The individual must want to grow within a company. Full training will be provided to become a member of our family as a hair loss consultant.

Minimum requirements:

• 8 years sales experience
• Own reliable transport
• Extremely Strong Administrative skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Above average Computer literacy
• Medical background will be beneficial
• Must be confident when interacting with people

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
• Sell, sell, sell products and professional services by developing relationships with clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Target driven.

Hair Specialist/Consultant – Description of essential role & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and diagnosing.
• Administration and General office Duties.
• Ensuring all monies are paid – assisting with accounts.
• Costumer care.
• Assessments – Taking pictures of clients, Conversions into 2nd sales where possible.
• Ensure seamless operation of all departments.
• Assisting with the Process flow of complaints and rectifying the situation
• Liaising with management regarding daily operations.
• Assisting hair technicians with follow on sales.

Work hours:

Monday – Friday: 08:30 to 17:30

Saturday: 09:00 to 15:00

Basic + Commission.

Training will be provided at head office in Johannesburg.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R20,000.00 per month
