Programme Duration and Location

This is a 24-month development programme. The programme is scheduled to commence in 2026.

Successful candidates will be based in various locations. Some programmes will require an initial month in Gauteng, followed by 23 months in the specified province.

• Regions and Consumer Affairs – Free State: Initial month in Gauteng, then Free State.
• Regions and Consumer Affairs – Limpopo: Initial month in Gauteng, then Limpopo.
• CEO’s Office – Monitoring and Evaluation: Centurion, Gauteng.
• Risk and Compliance: Centurion, Gauteng.

ICASA will not cover accommodation costs for candidates relocating to the Free State or Limpopo. Applicants must consider these living expenses.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the ICASA Graduate Development Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as specified for each programme.
• Have completed the qualification at a recognised institution of higher learning.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence.
• For the Regions and Consumer Affairs programmes, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Information Engineering is required.
• For the CEO’s Office programme, a degree in Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or Project Management is needed.
• For the Risk and Compliance programme, a Degree in Risk Management or an LLB is required.
