Customer focused and results oriented individuals, with sound problem solving and interpersonal skills to deliver effective engagements to customers in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage efficiently all incoming communication from customers in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Maintain professionalism in all customer engagements
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Upsell existing products
Requirements
- One year plus experience in an international call centre customer service role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Sales experience
- A matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Must own a vehicle or have a driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R6,000.00 – R9,000.00 per month
