Minimum Requirements

- Be enrolled in or have completed a SAICA-accredited programme that allows entry into the SAICA Initial Assessment of Competence (IAC) in January 2027.
- Eligible qualifications include:
- Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA).
- Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA).
- Honours Degree in Accounting.
- An equivalent qualification recognised by SAICA.
- Candidates currently completing CTA Level 1 or BCTA are not eligible.
- Candidates applying from another training office must have already passed the SAICA Initial Assessment of Competence.
