Job Purpose
To upsell existing FCP products ,maintain business relationships with identified members and render support services
Job Outputs:
- Member enquiries and service
- General administration
- Reporting
- Retention of policies
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- FAIS credits on NQF level 4 is an advantage
- RE5 (Representative) is an advantage
- 2 years proven Short term Insurance Underwriting experience
- 6-12 months Contact Centre experience in life insurance administration is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
