At iQ Academy we understand that education is an investment, We offer our students a wide range of affordable payment options that are convenient and adaptable to match each student’s unique needs.
Once off payments
Choose to pay the full course fee by the registration closing date, as a once-off cost before you start studying.
Monthly installment plans
Pay your course fees in monthly installments. Terms and deposit requirements are subject to affordability.

- Debit order via DebiCheck – the latest debit order system from the Reserve Bank and PASA
- Payments made through PayFast comply with the highest security standards (level 1) set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (DSS) Council.

REGISTERED STUDENTS
As a registered iQ Academy student we offer you a variety of convenient payment methods.
We have recently launched an online payment portal where students can view their statements and make online payments via debit or credit card or an instant EFT.
Debit order via DebiCheck
iQ Academy has implemented DebiCheck, the latest system from the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) and the Payments Association of South African (PASA), for students who want the convenience of a debit order for their monthly installments.
With DebiCheck, your new debit order is electronically confirmed with you by your bank on a once-off basis, according to the agreed payment terms set out in your contract with iQ Academy.

Debit or Credit Card Payments
You can use your Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card to set up your payment through our secure online payment portal powered by PayFast, South Africa’s leading payment gateway.
All you need to log in is your iQ Academy student number and an OTP will be sent to the cellphone number registered to your student account.
