Receptionist | Admin Clerk (JB1961)
R8 000 – R10 000 depending on experience

Our client, one of South Africa’s largest fastener distributors is seeking the assistance of a well presented, emotionally mature and confident Receptionist. The ideal candidate would have go-getter personality who would be able to easily manage the switchboard and general administrative functions.

Minimum Requirement
Matric
Minimum of 2 years experience in this role
Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite is non negotiable

Duties:
Operating the telephone switchboard, receiving and transferring incoming calls
Cashier – collection on all cash sales and banking daily.
Managing petty cash
Control of printed invoices – and collecting POD’s and submitting daily including manuals.
Filling daily – creditors invoices – sending to head office.
General admin – attendance register – leave forms so on
Stock bin allocations
