He was born on the 22nd of May 1980 in Ndengeza Village, Giyani, Limpopo Province, South Africa. As of 2021, he is 40 years old and celebrates his birthday on May 22nd every year.

Education

In 1999, he matriculated from Vutlhari High School and proceeded to complete a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Economics and Management at the University of Johannesburg.

He has a Post Graduate, Certificate In Business Management, Development Practice with ETDPSETA.

Career

Miyelani is an economic researcher who focuses on public sector reform, Fiscal and Monetary Policy strategy, particularly budgeting and financial management reform, and participatory governance in developing and transitional governments.

He is a Founding Director and Managing Director of Antswisa Transaction Advisory Services, a transaction and financial advisory consultancy. He currently serves as an Africa partner director on the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (IMAA) in Africa.

He is also a former Youth Chamber In Mining Director, Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry  Youth Chamber Director, South African Youth Chamber of Commerce and Industry Director, SRC Constitutional and Legal Officer, Black Management Forum Johannesburg Management Committee member.

He is an admitted capital markets Strategist with the Investment Analysts Society of Southern Africa with vast experience in Banking and Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Construction and Materials Index, Property REIT Stocks, and Strategy and Transaction Advisory spanning over 18 years.
