The management of Motheo TVET College has released the new & returning students’ school fees structure for the 2026 academic year.

Fees include all the amounts that are payable in order for you to study and graduate on time. It is essential for diploma students to note that tuition fees differ between the faculties at Motheo TVET College.

For NCV, NATED, and Certificate students: as a returning student, your fees may look quite different from that of an undergraduate student.

International students should note that the registration and tuition fees that apply to them are slightly different from that of local students.

CONDITIONS ON WHICH CREDIT WILL BE GRANTED

1.1 Notwithstanding the fact that class attendance is prohibited, the outstanding balance remains claimable and payable
1.2 Students with outstanding class fees will not be allowed to write the final examination
1.3 A student with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to register for the next semester or year
1.4 Interests will be levied on all outstanding fees from the date that the student leaves the college

PARTIAL REFUND OF FEES

2.1 In the event of a student voluntarily terminating his/her studies at the college, he/she may apply in writing to the finance office for a refund or remission of fees, provided that the following shall apply:
2.1.1 Registration fee – no refund
2.1.2 Late registration fee – no refund
2.1.3 Student activity fund contribution – no refund
2.1.4 Foreign student fee – no refund
2.1.5 Materials fee – no refund
2.1.6 Tuition fees – if the student was registered for a program for one week, in the case or trimester/semester programs, or for two weeks in the case of year programs, the student will forfeit the stipulated minimum deposit. if the student was registered for a program for a period longer than provided here, no refund would be allowed.
