Novus Holdings Operations Application Details 2022
Novus Print: Montague Gardens seeks to appoint a diligent Operations Intern in the Press Department. This position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Shift Leaders and will report directly to the Press Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
•Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
•Basic administration and payroll tasks
•Assist on enhancing Press operations performance
•Updating documents, SOPs and MSDS files
•Help with shopware system
•Assist Manager with short term departmental project implementation
•Assisting and guiding on the best operating practices for optimum output
•Providing input and assisting with design specifications to improve Press efficiency
Qualifications And Experience
Educational Requirements
•Diploma in Office
Management and Technology
or equivalent Management
Administration diploma
Skills and Competencies
• Ability to work under pressure
• Methodical and thought-through approach to work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Highly organised and flexible
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office
