Job description
- Assist customers at the till with their purchases
- Handle cash and card payments
- Ensure that the cash float is accurate
- Daily cashing up and balancing of the cash float
- Process refunds and exchanges where necessary
- Assist customers with their queries
- Provide customers with a superior customer experience
Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cashier, preferably in a Retail environment
- Ability to work retail hours and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must be reliable and honest
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R5,500.00 – R7,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
