Position Description
- Act as true representative of the team and the company;
- Switchboard management;
- Assisting Finance Manager and General Manager with all required administration;
- BBBEE and Finance Audit preparation;
- BBBEE freight spend monthly control;
- Customer care (liaising with AR shared service and customers);
- Vendor co-ordination (liaising with AP shared service and Finance Manager);
- General office co-ordination (printing and stationery, filing and storage, office refreshments and supplies, etc.);
- EE Committee Secretary (adhoc duties);
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes;
- Boardroom co-ordination.
