About the Role
As an Operations Officer Intern, you will support the Operations Department across its main responsibilities. You will assist with managing logistics, keeping inventory records accurate, and updating the company’s asset register and CRM systems. The role involves tracking assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations, and helping to resolve any operational issues. This position offers a practical learning experience in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Supporting logistics coordination, such as dispatch, delivery tracking, and collections.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating the asset register.
- Tracking asset allocation, movement, and status throughout their lifecycle.
- Assisting in monitoring operational compliance and ensuring documentation is complete.
- Supporting investigations and resolutions for operational discrepancies or incidents.
- Assisting with tracking and follow-up of outstanding asset recoveries.
- Reconciling operational data across various reports and systems.
- Preparing and maintaining operational reports and trackers.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an N6 Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Have 0 to 1 year of experience in operations, administration, logistics, or coordination.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
- Possess good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
