Minimum Requirements

For Graduate Internships:

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be unemployed.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Must possess a relevant three-year Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6 or 7 in:
• Financial Accounting or Accounting (for Finance Internship)
• Human Resources Management, Public Management, or Administration (for Human Capital Management Internship)
• Preference will be given to African Males, African Females, and People with Disabilities to meet employment equity targets.

For TVET Work Integrated Learning (WIL):

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be unemployed.
• Must have completed the relevant N6 National Certificate or possess a Statement of Results.
• Must require practical workplace exposure to complete qualification requirements.
• Must have a letter from their TVET institution confirming the need for 6 to 18 months of workplace experience.
• The qualification must match the specific WIL opportunity.
• Available N6 fields include Public Management, Administration, Management Assistant, Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, Multimedia Journalism, or Customer Care.
