Main duties (but not limited to):

  • Qualify candidates’ suitability for current or future vacancies: Identify client needs and match candidates to existing vacancies while understanding and anticipating customers’ requirements.
  • Create, develop, and maintain good working relationships with candidates through resourcing activities (e.g., advertising, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Maintain effective communication with locums and work alongside the Resourcing and Compliance Teams
  • Brief candidates on all details relating to a job including any specific information about the hospital and its policies (e.g., break policy, accommodation, travel arrangements).
  • Update all communications with candidates and clients on the CRM system, and all necessary housekeeping (e.g., update changes in contact number, address, time away from work, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R10,000.00 – R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Healthcare Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
  • Recruiting for UK the market: 1 year (Required)
