Vuselela TVET College – in collaboration with MERSETA – invites qualifying, unemployed candidates to apply for a 36-month apprenticeship opportunity in the Occupational Certificate: Solar Photovoltaic Service Technician NQF Level 5 (SPVT).
Eligibility:
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
* NQF Level 4 Qualification with Mathematics including, but not limited to:
Grade 12 passed with Mathematics; NC(V) Level 4 passed with Mathematic; N3 Certificate with Mathematics or any other NQF L4 qualification with Mathematics
* Applicants must be South African citizens.
Candidates must be willing and available to undergo structured training, deployment and a rotation programme to any approved workplace leading towards qualification as a solar technician. Training will take place at Matlosana Skills Centre, Ellaton, Klerksdorp. (Plot 120, OR Tambo Street, Klerksdorp)
All documents are to be in PDF format.
The following documents will be expected to be uploaded:
* Copies of relevant qualifications including Matric certificate; NQF L4 qualification (if applicable)
* Copy of Identity Document
* Proof of address
Note:
Applications without the above will not be considered.
Due to the nature of the qualification, candidates will be subjected to various assessments not limited to fitness tests, working in heights assessment, and colour blindness.
