We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Shop Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and store performance.

Key Performance Areas:
- Provide exceptional customer service for a memorable shopping experience
- Address individual customer needs and prioritize customer satisfaction
- Ensure prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by phone
- Adhere to basic customer service standards
- Understand and advise customers on product range, pricing, and warranties
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers
- Focus on selling and upselling products and services
- Ensure accurate pricing and display of goods
- Plan and execute promotions in a timely manner
- Maintain merchandising layouts and housekeeping standards
- Prepare and maintain advertised sales promotions
- Report fast and slow-moving products to the Store Manager
- Participate in stock takes and counts
- Minimize stock loss and expenses
- Maximize sales in all areas
- Protect company assets within the area of responsibility
Entry Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Six months of retail experience
- Reliable transport for shift work
General Responsibilities:
- Perform additional duties as requested by Senior Management
- Complete mandatory and service training as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
- Participate in regular appraisals and personal development reviews
- Stay up to date with current SOPs
- Fully cooperate with the introduction of new technology and method
