The management of the Varsity College has released the new & returning students’ school fees structure as well as Varsity College tuition fees booklet, students bursary, banking details, registration fees, examination fees, class fees, finance booklet, and other fees charged for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The following policies and procedures are applicable to all students who officially register for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Certificate, Short Course, and Diploma programmes at the Varsity College.

The Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it ASAP.

Students studying IIE programmes will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own textbooks, therefore the programme fees do not include academic material costs. Please see the Registration Guide for information on our recommended textbook supplier.

Varsity College Banking Details 2025/2026

We advise you to please be wary of scams and unregistered individuals who may reach out to you for the purpose of payment. We urge you to ONLY make use of the banking details provided to you at registration or below.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some of our account payers have been the target of attempted invoice fraud using domain names that are confusingly similar to ours. We have seen incidents where our customers are contacted with fraudulent information about “new” IIE Varsity College banking details and a request that outstanding invoices be paid into the “new” IIE Varsity College account. Our banking details have not changed and we have no intention of changing them. The IIE’s Varsity College will never ask you for any personal information such as passwords, usernames, credit card details or PIN codes. If you receive any communications suggesting otherwise, or if you have any doubt about the authenticity of a communication made on a website, in an email, letter, or by telephone, please contact any of The IIE’s Varsity campuses before acting. We value our relationship with our customers and want to avoid our customers becoming victims of cyber-crime. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused through the fraudulent use of the Varsity College name.

Option A: Application Payments:

If you have previously applied and would now like to pay the Application Fee – please proceed to make payment via the Application Portal. Click here to access the Application Portal. Select the relevant application form and enter your Application ID previously received. You will require a credit card or internet banking (EFT) to make payment via this portal.

If you would like to make an EFT please ensure that your card is registered for online purchases and that you have internet banking – select OZOW and your appropriate bank when making payment.

If you would like to use a credit card – please ensure that your card has been registered for the Online Payments – 3D Secure service – click here to read how to register your card for this service. If your card is not registered for this service – this will result in a failed transaction.

Option B: Registered Student Payments:

If you are a Registered Student and would like to make a payment – please click here to access the payment page. Please enter your Student Number as a reference. You will require a credit card or internet banking (EFT) to make payment via this portal.

If you would like to make an EFT please ensure that your card is registered for online purchases and that you have internet banking – select OZOW and your appropriate bank when making payment.

Option C: International Student Payments:

If you are an international student and do not have a South African bank account – please click here

For Options A and B, if you do not have a credit card or are not registered for internet banking, you will then need to make payment directly at your bank via a direct deposit – please allow additional time for processing if this method is selected.
