Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2027
The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a two-year, permanent leadership development initiative. It is designed to fast-track graduates into leadership positions within Vodacom. The programme officially begins on 1 February 2027.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Vodacom Early Careers Programmes, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen by birth or naturalisation. Citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania can also apply for consideration in those specific markets.
- Be completing or have completed an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026.
- Have obtained a minimum aggregate of 65% for completed or most recent academic results.
- Possess a minimum B-degree qualification (e.g., BCom, BSc, BTech) at NQF Level 7.
- A three-year National Diploma at NQF Level 6 will be considered only in the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing studies.
