Required minimum education and training
- Grade 12 (as a result of the needs of this project).
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
- Good communication skills must be able to speak more than one South African language, and preferably Zulu, Sotho or Xhosa.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable, approachable, empathetic and willing to take initiative.
Required minimum work experience
- Must have worked or shown interest in a research environment as a volunteer, Fieldworker or Peer Educator for at least 3 months
