Learnership Overview

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution & Merchandising

You will visit stores daily based on set schedules. Your tasks include setting up product displays, checking stock availability, and keeping everything visible and fresh. You must also rotate stock, follow brand rules, complete iRED surveys, and hit execution goals.

Customer Support

Help customers place orders through the MyCCBA platform. Take part in promotions and campaigns to boost sales. Talk to customers to learn their likes and habits.

Team Collaboration

Join sales team members for daily work. Get advice and feedback from account developers. Offer help as your manager directs.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you need a Grade 12 certificate with at least 40% in Mathematics or Maths Literacy, English, and a second language. You must be a South African citizen, unemployed, between 18 and 35 years old, and not in another learnership or study program. You cannot have finished the same qualification before, and you need a clean criminal and credit record. Be ready to work six days a week. A driver’s license or post-matric sales and marketing qualification helps your chances.

Skills and Competencies

Good communication and people skills are a must. Show strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure. Teamwork matters too.
