Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be unemployed graduates at the time of application.
- Have no criminal record.
- Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Specific qualification requirements vary by NQF level:
- NQF Level 7: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Social Science, Social Sciences, Community Development, or counselling-related fields.
- NQF Level 6: Qualification in Counselling and Communication Skills, Psychology, Applied Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Social Sciences, Community Development, Youth Development, Social Work, or a related field.
- NQF Level 6 (Open Learning Centre): Preference for graduates in Library and Information Studies, Information and Communications Technology, or Information Technology.
