Introduction
The Isa Carstens Academy is one of the most reputable learning institutions for students who wish to follow a career path in the health and wellness industry. Established in 1978, we have a proud history of providing quality education and services to students from all over South Africa and further afield. Our reputation for excellence is built on our adherence to international quality standards and the value of trusted relationships. The Academy was also the first CIDESCO–accredited institution in South Africa based on the quality of our programs.
Today, alumni of the Isa Carstens Academy can be found all over the world – as owners, managers and/or therapists in wellness centres, cosmetic houses and on luxury ocean liners. They also work in the field of medical aesthetics or as lecturers.
As a responsible corporate citizen, we engage with all our stakeholders and take into account the social and natural environment in which we operate.
Student Life
It is incredibly important to us that you enjoy your studies at the Academy and experience all that tertiary student life has to offer. We want you to have fun, experience life to the fullest and meet friends with whom you will share memories of your time at the Academy for many years to come.
In addition, both the Stellenbosch and Pretoria campuses are situated close to the Stellenbosch and Pretoria Universities, respectively. The Academy works in close collaboration with the residences of these universities to offer students an enriched and engaging campus life.
Students at the Academy take part in a variety of cultural and social events; sports are played in partnership with the Hostel, and students from the nearby universities also frequently get involved. We engage with the public through charitable and philanthropic initiatives and are constantly looking for ways to improve our student experience at the campuses.
We listen to you and do our best to accommodate any interests you have, which will make your time at Isa that much more memorable.
