Full Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to join our annual Sales Development Learnership Program.
This nationally recognised qualification focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to perform as a competent person in the functional areas of Commercial Vehicle Sales within the automotive sales industry.
The duration of the Learnership is 12 months. All learners are expected to successfully complete the programme (100% attendance) and obtain a minimum value of 147 credits.
Upon completion of the learnership all successful candidates will be awarded the following qualification:
Further Education and Training Certificate: Automotive Sales and Support Services
NQF Level: NQF Level 04, SAQA QUAL ID: 64289
Learners that pass the years program will have the opportunity to apply for permanent employment the following year.

How to apply:
- EE candidates (African Male and Female) aged between 23 and 35.
- Matric or Equivalent with Mathematics, English as the home language or at least 2 additional African languages as subjects.
- No experience required, therefore unemployed candidates will be given preference.
- Valid driver’s license (code 10) is compulsory and candidates will be assessed on their driving capabilities.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Clear Credit History.
- Management reserves the right to use additional or relevant information as criteria for short-listing.
