Tsebo Cleaning Solutions are in search of newly qualified Graduates to join our team on a 12-month programme, which will commence in January 2022.

Duties And Responsibilities
The Tsebo Sales Graduate program is aimed at developing professional Sales Executives. You will be exposed to a holistic view of the Tsebo Solutions Group of Companies in South Africa (Induction, structured formal and informal training, Divisional rotation, and on the job training) over a 12 month period with the opportunity to be placed in a full-time Sales role following successful completion of the program.
Apart from developing your Sales and commercial skills and knowledge about Tsebo and the service industry, you will have the opportunity to display your Sales abilities in the trade with sufficient support from a dedicated senior Sales team.
Selling and marketing should be your passion and brilliant customer service is crucial.
Qualifications And Experience
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Friendly, presentable, and well-spoken
• Energetic and hands-on individual
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team towards common sales objectives
Qualifications
• It is essential to have a tertiary qualification and preference is in Sales and Marketing, Business Development or similar areas
however, Tsebo is very open to all other fields of study
• Demonstrated interest and passion in selling
• Recently qualified graduate
• 0-1 year of working experience
• South African citizenship
• Valid Drivers license
• Should you be an existing Tsebo employee you must have a proven track record and definite interest in sales as a career
