Introduction
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The purpose of this position is to assist the Welding Manager/Supervisor with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, compilation of transmittals, capturing of work files on SPF etc The project entails the building of 6 x 780 MW Coal Fired Super Critical Boiler for the coal fired Kusile Power Station to be erected at the Kusile Site at Mpumalanga ,Witbank, South Africa
Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The employee shall be responsible to assist the manager/supervisor with any and all administrative tasks delegated to him/her;
- Compilation of daily reports;
- Updating of tracking sheets;
- Compiling transmittal’s;
- Filing;
- Minor works on SPF.
ATTRIBUTES:

- Detailed;
- Good communicator;
- Professional;
- Self-motivated;
- Hard working.
Minimum requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 yrs relevant construction site experience;
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12
