Job Description
To follow-up on outstanding debtors balances and ensure accuracy of customer account balances at month-end
Duties & Responsibilities
Create tax invoices and credit notes Obtain relevant cost centres and GL account numbers for journals and/or billings
Prepare journals for processing Ensure adherence to tax legislation and requirements
Follow up on all outstanding customer account balances Receipt all funds received by checking entries against bank GL accounts
Reconcile customer accounts i.e. Buy-Aid, CCB Create manual statements for African countries and Boxer
To follow confirmation process for releasing of funds from Foreign countries
Monitor the payments of corporate debtors billings Clearing between customer and vendor accounts i.e. Namibia Address outstanding payments with customer and escalates queries to relevant regions Query outstanding debtor’s balances
Minimum Requirements
Matric/N3 or equivalent 2-3 years accounts receivable experience Proven computer literacy (MS Outlook, MS EXCEL, MS WORD) SAP, BI reporting, advanced excel experience
