Minimum Requirements

For N6 Work Integrated Learning Programmes:

  • Applicants must have an N6 Certificate in Management Assistant, Marketing Management, Business Management, or Financial Management.
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Preference will be given to Westcol TVET College students.

For ETDP-SETA Graduate Internship Opportunities:

  • Applicants must have a three-year National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Information Communication Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Psychology/Social Work.
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Only Gauteng residents may apply.
  • Applicants who have already participated in ETDP-SETA programmes will not be considered.

  • Certified NCV Level 4 Certificate or Matric Certificate (not older than 6 months).
  • Certified N4 to N6 certificates or statement of results (not older than 6 months).
  • Affidavit confirming that the applicant has not previously benefited from a SETA-funded programme.
  • Bank confirmation letter or proof of banking details.
  • Tax number or SARS letter.

For ETDP-SETA Graduate Internships:

  • Current and updated Curriculum Vitae.
  • Originally certified copy of ID.
  • Originally certified copy of Grade 12 Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate.
  • Originally certified copy of Diploma or Degree.
  • Affidavit stating that the applicant has never participated in an Internship or Work Integrated Learning programme.
  • Bank statement or proof of banking details.
  • SARS tax letter.

For N6 Work Integrated Learning Programmes:

  • Download the application form from the Westcol website.
  • Applications must be hand-delivered to: Westcol TVET College Corporate Office, Park 42 Johnstone Street, Hectorton, Randfontein, 1759.
  • Submit documents at the security office and complete the register book.
  • No faxed or emailed applications will be accepted.

For ETDP-SETA Graduate Internships:

  • Download the application form from the Westcol website.
  • Applications must be hand-delivered to: Westcol TVET College Corporate Office, Park 42 Johnstone Street, Randfontein.
  • Submit applications on or before the closing date and time.
  • No faxed or emailed applications will be accepted.
